Driving 1K+ downloads for a 0-1 digital lottery app — Mega Fortune
In 2022, as part of its pivot to consumer products, Omni Strategies decided to disrupt the lottery industry in Ghana.
I was tasked with leading the design team to implement the brand direction in marketing material and build the interfaces for the player and agent apps.
My team and I were intermittently involved in research and implementation phases throughout the project and later played a key role in adapting the system to match a major change in scope post-launch.

Within the projected schedule, I successfully led the design of a multi-product lottery experience. For both consumers (Android, iOS, Web) and business (Android, iOS, POS, Web).
I also led the development of digital and print marketing material for the launch in collaboration with the business operations and marketing teams.
Post-launch, I worked with the operations and product teams to gather user feedback and with engineering to iterate on features and quality of life improvements.
