What I've done
What I've done
I unknowingly began my career by building a foundational understanding of web design & information systems while acquiring my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
After 4 years as a Graphic Designer focusing on brand and marketing design, I became familiar with UX design, C programming language & some software development best practices while co-learning @ 42 Piscine in California.
In 2019, I joined Bertillon Labs as a Designer (UI, brand, web), building their brand identity, website and a B2B Machine Learning powered KYC product for cybersecurity and finance industries. I had also recently joined BEDU Live Agency as a Founding Designer & Art Director exceeding revenue targets for the first 2 years.
In 2021, I joined Omni Strategies as the first Product Designer and grew into a design leadership role.
For 2+ years, I built a design team, advocated for cross-functional agile collaboration, introduced a design system to the org, led brand and product design for B2C/B2B SaaS products across Insurance ↗︎, Fintech ↗︎ & Gaming industries.
In 2024, I moved to Berlin, took a year-long career break to settle down, connect with amazing people in my new city and attend design community events.
Currently, I'm freelancing, experimenting new and existing tools to refine product concepts (including Figma Make, Claude & V0) and training a new generation of Product Designers at ReDI School of Digital Integration.
